Repair Request

I would like to send a product for repair/inspection


Before you return the item, please make sure that there is actually a defect. Please refer to the information in the manual and contact our support if necessary.

For returns, be sure to include a copy of the invoicewith date and the completedrepair formenclosed. If no invoice is included, these products will be treated as out of warranty! If you send us devices without an invoice or outside the warranty period, the inspection will cost a flat rate of 25 EUR. This flat rate is calculated before the inspection and can NOT be offset against any repair costs that may arise later.

If there is a device fault and an invoice proves compliance with the warranty conditions, we will replace or repair the product free of charge. If an item is returned for inspection within the warranty period that does not have a device fault but a malfunction due to incorrect operation, connection or setting, we will charge a flat rate for the inspection.


  • Products under 100 EUR retail price - 10 EUR
  • Products over 100 EUR selling price - 25 EUR

When sending products from outside the EU to motogadget GmbH in Germany for exchange or repair, please make sure to declare the shipment correctly for customs. We do NOT accept goods that are subject to customs or import sales tax. The goods may then not be returned by customs and are lost!

Rules for customers outside the EU

Due to changed regulations at the customs authorities in Germany, we strongly recommend shipping providers that do their own customs clearance (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, etc.). Do not ship with government mail.

For a quick repair of your item we need a detailed error description. In case of missing or inaccurate information, e.g. "the part is defective", we cannot perform a check.

In this case, we will have to contact you, which will cause significant delays. Please note that we may have to remove attached connectors.
